What it is

What the crew does on site.

Signage supply and installation involves providing and installing all types of road, traffic and safety signs in accordance with approved plans and road authority requirements, to VicRoads signage standards, as an approved installer.

The work can range from a single damaged sign through to hundreds of signs across a subdivision, road upgrade or council network. The size of the sign makes no difference — we do small street-grade signs and big directional signage alike.

Why Southern Highway

Family-run since the backyard. Built for network scale.

Two generations of the same family, out of Geelong and Horsham, with the plant and the people to hold a contract that runs the length of Western Victoria.

Asked on every quote call

The questions before the question.

What project managers and council engineers ask us before they ask for a price.

Ask us something else
What size signs can you install?

Any of them. The size of the sign makes no difference — we install small street-grade signs and large directional signage alike.

Are you an approved installer?

Yes. All signs are supplied and installed in accordance with approved plans and road authority requirements, to VicRoads signage standards, as an approved installer.

Can you do a single damaged sign, or only big jobs?

Both. The work ranges from a single damaged sign through to hundreds of signs across a subdivision, road upgrade or council network, and we run a responsive service for urgent replacements and safety-critical defects.

What happens if signage is missing or wrong?

Without proper signage, road users can become confused, which increases the risk of crashes, liability issues and regulatory non-compliance. That is usually what puts a signage job on someone's desk.
